Hey, anyone that could help me out I would appreciate it alot,
I bought a 10 mL bottle of DepoTest E, Designer Pharmaceuticals, 300 mg/mL
I'm 19 about 5'10 165. Very in shape and have worked out for years, but mostly just for sports so Now I want to gain mass and I'm having alot of trouble. I've never taken steroids before.
The guy who sold it to me said take 1 cc twice a week. I've been looking it up and was wondering if 600 mg is too much. I'm only going to take this cycle. I was wondering if anyone could help me with what too cycle.
I was also wondering if a 3/4 inch needle was long enough to put in the deltoids
Also, I'm wondering what the best workout program would be on this stuff. I'm taking alot of protein and I usually work out 5 days a week. I have no time restraints and was wondering if working out 7 days on this stuff (I've read you can recooperate fast on this stuff) is too much.
Also, this might be a stupid question, but what about even working out twice a day? I'm only doing this once to get my mass up and was wondering what the best way is. I want to get the most out of it.
Also, is taking it in the deltoid alright, should I take it in the glut?
