lower cholesterol and blood pressure,even though not taking any gears,but we should pay more attention about these.especially high blood pressure,i heard it is a number one silent killer.scary........

for the cholesterol the omega 3-6-9 works great
as for the high BP any of this will work: Hawthorn, Cayenne, Kudzu, Saffron, Valerian, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin C, CoQ10, Garlic, Onions, Fennel, Oregano, Black Pepper, Basil, Kava-Kava, etc..... just make sure to lower ur sodium intake as much as possible, and avoid fatty food...

3-6-9 are 3 different fatty acids..... found in fish, flax seed oil, etc...
u can buy it in ur local drugstore, gnc and such....
or just type in google.com omega 3-6-9 and u should get tons of sites that have it...
as for the other stuff, try use most of it as often as possible...
