If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

Outstanding advice Swift! While dieting naturally do some research and you'll answer most of the questions your asking. No flame brother but your asking questions that a little research will answer.
I am heeding your advice. I will get my gear together and i am on my diet tomorrow. I lost a bunch of weight on it before and i am going to hit it hard again. To answer anyone question here it is:
Breakfeast:
8-10 egg whites (cookked any way you want)
1 cup of oatmeal (REAL oatmeal, sweeten it with honey)
Midmorning snack:
protein bar or shake
Lunch:
1 chicken breast (skinless)
salad (use whatever dressing you like)
1 potato (butter only)
mid afternoon snack:
bar or shake
Dinner:
same as lunch but only 1/2 a potatoe. (the salad maybe switched with vegies. i use two cans of whatever)
The chicken can be substituted with steak. i usually substitute the steak as a reward at the end of the week.
Diet soda is ok, but other than what was mentioned is a no no.
yes, i usually add a shake after my workout and then i have also added another shake 4 hours after my post workout shake. So the grand total is 3 meals and 4 shakes a day. BELIEVE ME, i make sure i get the largest chicken breasts i can find
