  • Please help a newbie!

    New member here researching for his first cycle. I know a lot of you guys have been doing this awhile but this is my first cycle and i want to do it right. If anyone can give me helpful hints, suggestions, hazards to avoid and lessons learned. I am really interested in learning what would be a good stack, or what to use, and injection frequency and location suggestions.

    I have heard of a guy who would stab his arms while he was drunk and fill up with 4 doses and then go to the gym in the morning, i know this is wrong but what i want to know is what are the hazards for even an experienced lifter?

    If anyone is interested in taking me under their wing i would REALLY appriciate it. I would like someone who has used for awhile and has some life lessons to pass on. Thanks for your time, and i look forward to hearing what everyone has to say.

    thanks, i am glad someone read my message and felt compelled to respond. Yes i am very interested in learning a lot about this. I have been interested for awhile but never had the guts. I was in the military and never did it for fear of the drug tests and all. I will speak to a mod and i want mass first and then cutting.

        you should fill us in with a little bio of yourself... workout history, height, weight, approximate bodyfat, goals etc. good luck! youll learn a lot

          here are my stats:
          5'11 233 lbs about 22 BF
          have workedout for about 12 years, took some time off when i got married (imagine that) and then after the divorce i started again. My workouts have gotten REALLY intense as of late. I have lifted more than i ever have and for longer durations (i attributute this to my stopping drinking). Now i want what i see all around me, a better body. I want the look to go long with the inner strength. i would like to do one cycle and see where it takes me. I have done some research and i think i would llike to try enthanate and winny. Bulk with the ent and cutt with the winny. Is this smart, or am i toooo far off to even be serious? Any suggestions would be a great help. i would love to add about 20-25 lbs of muscle mass while dropping my BF to about 12-15.

            getting a book may help you where you miss things online. (it helped me) The book I had was steroids 101 (but it sucks, dont buy it) If I was gonna get a book Id probably get the new anabolics.

              get your BF down with cardio and dieting and this will tell you if you have the discipline to work hard enough to get the most out of your cycle.Its better to get BF down with good cardio and some ECAs then to get on some aas.The leaner u are the more effective your cycle.

                  2. I have tried to lose the weight. Isn't it better to bulk with size on you already? Then use the winny and cardio to cut up? These are things i have heard and i am just checking.

                        My main goals are to add 20-25 lbs of mass and cut up. I am thinking oi taking ethanate and winny v. If i could afford the deca to add mass i would think of adding that. As i am using the GI bill to get through school i have to get this stuff when i can. I know that is not the most responsible answer but it is a reality. (you know how many times i almost put my real name when i am finishing these things )

                          this is what i did, i had my diet in check for about 6 months and i dropped 40lbs before i started my first cycle, believe me from experience it helps, my diet and an ECA really helped me out, i know you want to hurry and start a cycle, but patience is always good aswell

                            to add 20-25 lbs of mass AND to cut up you have to do it right. meaning taking the right things. test prop, fina, winstrol, and equipoise tend to keep you leaner and more vascular.

                            one piece of advice is to study your goals, ask plenty of questions on the board and educate yourself, and plan your cycle thoroughly. you dont want to run out of gear mid stream. and go ahead and get all your gear before you start!!

                            there are a lot of great guys on the board with tons of knowledge!!
