    Introducing myself....

    Just thought I'd introduce myself for those that don't know me. I used to be on Fitnessboard.com a lot and had over 5,000 posts there until it got shut down. I know what I'm talking about so you can trust my advice.
    For those that do know me...long time no see I took a lot of time off from the boards.....layed low cuz of some possible legal trouble regarding the very stuff we are talking about here...and also to get my life in order. Hope everyone's been well.
    Good work Geardup...looks like you have a great board here!
    I see a lot of new faces so it'll be nice to get to know you all.
