If you use a 1.5" needle to shoot and you push it all the way in is it possible to pass thru the muscle and inject into fat? Or is this highly unlikely? This might be a stupid question so sorry ahead of time.

You want to inject into the center of the muscle.
Generally is goes shin, fat, veins, muscle, ligament, bone. I suppose you could go right through the muscle and hit bone. But you won't inject into fat unless your too shallow.
Are you injecting into your glute? If so, then don't worry...1.5" is a perfect depth for most people.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
