  • bulk and cutting cycle

    Have somebody here done a bulkcycle for 6 weeks and then you going to cut with a very low carb diet for 7 weeks. (once a week I do a refeedday)?

    This would be my 4th cycle

    Week 1 t/m 8 Test enanthaat 500 mg per week
    Week 9 t/m 13 Test propionaat 100 mg EOD
    Week 6 t/m 13 Winstrol 50 mg ED(1ste 11 days injects)
    week 4 t/m 13 Trenbolone 75 eod
    Week 1 t/m 10 primobolan 400 mg per week
    Helios with eca stack

    Week 13: 500 iu HCG, later in the week another 500 iu HCG

    Week 14: 500 iu HCG, later in the week another 500 iu HCG

    Week 14: 40 mg. nolvadex + 150 mg clomid
    Week 15: 40 mg. nolvadex + 150 mg clomid
    Week 16: 20 mg. nolvadex
    Week 17: 20 mg. nolvadex

    My stats: 1.72m 84kg bf 11%
    1st cycle: deca-dianabol
    2nd cycle: winny-clen
    3th cycle: tren-sust

    I only have a minor suggestion: I would run the enanthate for 11 weeks, and move the propinate to weeks 1-3 for a kickstart.

    Looks like a solid cycle.

    Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

            Just a big fan, but is it ok to change diet in the middle of the cycle(from bulking, lowering carbs to cutting)?

              I knew the real Tito and Jose.

              They used to live in the neighboring town of were I lived up north.They are good kids,always did what they were suposed to but none of them will say they have taken juice.

                i personally dont think that its a good idea. with only 13 weeks i dont think its enough time to do both, and benefit significantly. youd probably lose alot of fat in that final 7 weeks, but i cant see you gaining much muscle in the first 6. IMO!! maybe someone else will disagree.
