    none......glutamine is crap IMO. However, I did notice one thing with it: I got sick less and could someimtes prevent the onset of a cold or sinus infection bumping dose up to 30grms a day.

            I think alot of bb's would disagree with you. Of course, it doesn't mean you're wrong. I take 20 mg (10mg morning skake, 10 mg in post-workout shake) everyday.

                    IMHO if you eat right and do your shakes your fine

                    For me, I'm always right on border line of catabolic to keep lean, hey, gotta go this way at my age, and for me notice a difference with colds and such, do 5mg before am workout, 5 mg with dinner and 5 mg before night shake

                    have gone with and without, and finally back with, so, that's me

                      IMHO a decent at best supplement that is WAY overpriced... if you got the money, take 40-50mg ED and you will notcie a slight difference.

                          Jack hit it on the head. Whey protein contains quite a bit. I don't have one in front of me, but the Optimum jug has the amino acid profile on the back. You will find the glutamine amount per scoop there.

                              I usually take 10-15 grams 3 times per day .When I get up first thing in the morning I take that first , then before I workout , and after I workout. I personally think it helps me ,yeah I get less colds/sick and it helps ur imune system. Yeah its pricey ......if u get it get the pure L-glutamine
