I am natural and lift monday-friday. No cardio because I am trying to bulk and I take in about 5000 calories a day. I want to start doing cardio before breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and would like the benefits of clen to kick in on those days. Should I take the clen Thursday and Friday to feel the effects on the weekend? Or should I take it Friday and Saturday to feel the effects of the weekend?

Why are you taking the clen? For a better workout, or to increase metabolism.
For this sort of thing, I perfer an ECA stack. Just pop a few tabs before you head out to the gym.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

me too, shaky and tired. Clen sucks IMO, plus it is quite damaging to the heart. I saw a study the showed clen actualy DECREASED workout capacity; Ill see if i can find it.Originally posted by 71olds442
