not sure what gear is worse than others except when i use any oral my hdl's plummit. they went down to a 9. i do cardio, drink orange juice NOT FROM CONCENTRATE and i take 1000 mgs of TIME RELEASED niacin before bed. i'll see if that helped in a couple of weeks!
