in either cycle, run the nolva for 10 mgs ed the entire length of the cycle and throughout PCT... you will need both nolva and clomid for pct... and dont run the test at any less than 400 mgs every week...
if you're not looking for explosive gains, dont run the deca, as it is highly anabolic as compared to the testerone. your first cycle will yield the greatest gains to dosage ratio... so choose it wisely...

I understand that certain cycles will give optimal weight gains, but those results do not reflect my personal goals. Now, given my goals, would you still use the same amounts or would you drop them a little?
Oh, there's one more issue that I'd like to clear up: I'm going to be playing soccer this summer, so I need to be in good cardiovascular condition. If I'm on gear, is it a bad idea to do intense cardio twice/week? Game day is obviously intense cardio, and then I was planning 1 intense 30-40 min. session during the week. Comments?
