    everytime i do a flat bench over 300 lbs my left elbow screams at me do any of you get this?

    i used to.. could just be tendonitis or something like that. get it nice and warmed up before going heavy. i used to do a few light sets of rope pressdowns before benching heavy

      i got it a few times this past winter bro... i wish i could say i was hittin the same weight but def not lol. I took a few days off, iced it, and took some ib, then ramped back up to my max weight over the course of 2 weeks at the advice of a trainer at my gym. No probs after that (until i seperated my shoulder in november)

      Also, from seperating my shoulder... i have gotten in the habbit of icing my shoulders every day after every workout. It has really helped alot. To keep myself from having another serious joint injury I plan to do this for shoulders on shoulder days, and elbows on other upper body days. Maybe that will help you too? I don't know if you've ever had a serious joint prob but it SUCKS ASS!!! Keep us posted bro!

        oh and ditto on 71's post... i used to never warm up... now i always do. It helps!

          i do warm up with 225 lbs i just got some celebrex from my doctor freind he said it is my joint im gonna trow in some deca also thanks for the advise guys

              also when I breathe in I can fell pain like its going through my veins sounds stupid but it hurts. I get this on an off

                Same here , I used to have pain when I do overhand tricep db when I do heavy . Go light and warm up like 71olds442 said it usually goes away and work ur way in . I take glucosomine also that helps .Yeah its probably tendonitis ....take it easy cause I hurt my elbow cause I wanted to go heavy and put me out for 3 months .

                  my left elbow is my pain spot on my body I dont know why.When ever I do winny it screams over time so bad that I have taken out winny completely out of cycles.Also my shoulders pop when I go real heavy or when I am doing seated flies.
                  Tough Times dont last,tough people do.

                    JACK MY ELBOWS OVER THE YEARS GOT SORE. I STARTED BEXTRA 20MGS A DAY ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO AND MY KNEES AND ELBOWS ARE REBORN. MY ORTHO SAID TO GET BLOOD TEST REGULARLY BECAUSE IT MIGHT RAISE YOU LIVER LEVELS, SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW.I FEEL GREAT JUST A LITTLE PAIN SOME TIMES BUT ONCE I RUB IT OUT ITS ALL GOOD. YOU SHOULD TRY IT. EVERY BODY SHOULD. WHEN 3 MONTHS ARE UP I'LL TAKE A FEW WEEKS OFF FROM IT AND THEN GO BACKON. IT DOESNT EVEN COMPARE TO CELEBREX

                            wear like a wrapper to keep it warm, i know if sounds stupid, but i use bangay and then wrapp it and tehni'am fine
