I've been doin alot of research on clen lately and am thinking about doing a cycle.
The general concencus seems to be 40-120mcg for a beginner (male) per day... (adjusted up depending on sides/results and/or body weight)
I have seen alot of conflicting information on how long to take it, weather to stagger doses etc.
So my question for the group is:
Which do you personally think is better?
1. To stagger doses, 2 days on, 2 days off for 8-10 weeks?
2 To stagger 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off? (and also on this schedule, would you go 16-20 weeks instead of 8-10?)
3. Not stagger at all, just go straight for 8-10 weeks? (I've heard that clen can loose it's effect in some people after 18 days... but this might be avoided with staggering doses, or at least extended: True?)
