weeks 1- 10: SL EQ 500 mg/ wk
weeks 1- 4: dbol 30mgs day
weeks 7- 10: QV winnie 50 mgs eod
nolvadex 20 mg eod throughout
hmmmm not really sure when I should start clomid on this one
my diet will consist of egg whites, chicken breasts, steak, complex carbs, and protein shakes. about 300 gms of protein per day. BTW my stats right now are 27 y/o 5'6" 210lbs been lifting hard for 11+ years done 2 cycles
45 min cardio a day and 5 day split routine with fairly high volume and rep ranges about 10-15 to failure.
