Pentosan - For tendonitis repair?

Im in need of some feedback.

I was reading a few different articles on bodybuilding and injuries. And i came across a drug called sodium pentosan polysulfate. The effects of it seem amazing. There are anecdotal reports from users who were inflicted with tendonitis and joint injuries who used it and said that they were able to releave all pain.

It originally was used as a veterinary injectable and had a very high success rate in animals who had arthritis. It is used as a pill for humans who have bladder cysts. Now it is being used by some bodybuilders and High-impact athletes who need lasting pain relief.

I wanted to know, does anybody know anything else about this drug, and is it as successful as it claims??

Tendonitis treatment is rest, ice, then more rest...no shortcuts. I personally wouldnt fool around with some vet stuff when the treatment is so easy otherwise..just MO.
