shoulder injection
Hey bros! I’m new to this fitness board and I must say it looks great and there is a forum for anything you could ever need. I have been taking enantat qv 250 for about 8 weeks and my first injection I did was in my shoulder. The shoulder injection was new to me but I had done it before I went an inch in and it didn’t hurt when I went in but my shoulder has been sore now for 8 weeks…lol is this something I should worry about? I mean its getting better but when I stretch I can feel the soreness. If anyone has ever done this or knows anything about this that would be a lot of help thanks!

sore for 8 weeks? is it red? is there a lump? anything out of the ordinary? a week max is the longest id let a serious soreness be there without starting to wonder what was going onComment

For 8 wks? Damn. Has to be a nerve you hit. No AS hurts for more than a wk and an infection would of killed you by now. Don't sweat it unless theres a major change for the worst.Comment

what part of your shoulder? your delts or your traps? i've seen a lot of guys who end up with knots from shooting into their traps, so i never will put one there (even though how they do it there i dont know, someone must do it for them).
8 weeks might want to get it checked out at the doctor, thats scary.5'10

Sounds like you had the needle moving aroung a little too much which will cause a slight tear and will take a little time to heal. First inject jitters will do it. Welcome aboard brother!Comment

My shoulder injections are only sore about 2 days. Must have wiggled the needle around a bit.Comment

yeah your shoulder is going to be done for the next few days w/ t400. i would never do that in the shoulder.Comment
