  • Blood Concentration vs. Time

How much time does it take for different steroids to reach their peak concentrations in the body. I would think this would be an ideal time to hit the gym (is this a wrong assumption?).

I'm curious about short acting, but info on the longer acting would be appreciated as well.

(Especially interested in sust & drol)

well it takes sust anywere from 3-4 weeks to build up drol 3-4 days but i do not think it would make a dff when you went to the gym

I think the whole idea of binding testerone to esters (such as the 4 different esters in sust) is to make them release to the bloodstream slowly and evenly, so there's a low but steady supply of free testosterone to the receptors. In this case it doesn't make any difference when do you hit the gym.

Can't comment on the drols since it has a much shorter half-life. Maybe the fluctuation in drol level makes a difference.

I usually take my drol, and half my dbol about an 1-2hours before I workout, I seem to get better pumps that way.

Sorry bro but it doesn't work that way. Take dbol for instance, 5 hour after ingesting it your blood levels peak, but it doesn't mean that it's in your system and working its wonders. It will take another 24-72 hours before you feel and see the effects of it.

From the charts in Anabolics 2002 Deca peaks around the end of the 2nd day after an injection. Test Prop after about 1 day. Test cypionate and enanthate around day 2. Hope that helps.
