    In reading over your 200+ posts I know you like EQ but not much else. The only cycle I see any mention of is the one you are currently on. Is this the only cycle you have done.
    Reason I must ask is because almost every post you have made is giving advise to others. Thats nice of you but I hope you have more experiance than just you like EQ.
    This sport is a dangerous one that hopefully with the help of boards like this will be as safe as it can possible be.

      Actualy I have done just about every aa there is out there Ive been around since the liquid Dbal came in a 50cc bottle 25mg per ml.And the brazilian green hemogen 30mg tabs came in the push through packs like the nolva.And no the cycle I am on dosent include only EQ but it is my favorite drug along with primobolan.I am currentlu taking 75mg Tren ED,EQ 400mg week,Test enanthate,cyp at 600mg week and finishing it with 8 weeks of winy wich will be replacing the tren after 8 weeks for a total of 16 weeks.Also taking HCG at 1000 Ius divided into 2 doses of 500ius each.PCT will be 30 days of clomid and nolvadex.I had been away from the boards for a few yrs since things seem to get a little warm if u tend to hand around to long in the wrong places but any how I am currently 5'6" 202lbs at 9% BF trying to get to 220 at around 7% then I will be posting my progress pics.How about you?U seem to clearly know it all on the aa subject and enjoy telling others of their ignorance can you please elaborate on your cycle experience and your stats?Oh and brands I am taking at teh moment are Test=Brovel,Sydgroup Tren=EQL Winny=EQL EQ=EQL.All great products.And please look around other boards so u can see how long I have actually been around for before u go talking trash and putting others down.

        I am not here to brag about my aa use or give a shit of the mega dosages that others are on I am actually looking to take as little as possible and gain the most from it.After this cycle its gona be primobolin,EQ and low dosages of test after a long rest period.Oh and the spelling let me just tell you that this is not a spelling bee and I could give a shit less if i am spelling a word wrong as long as who needs to understand it understands it.If I wanted to sit here all day and correct my spelling I could but unfortunately i have no time for that.

            Not too much exp since I am only 27yrs old but have been experimenting with AAs for about 10 yrs now and lifting heavily since I was about 13.Sorry if I may seem a little edgy but lately seems that things just bother me a lot more.I am going to be glad to make the switch from the Tren to the Winny in 2 weeks.This is my first run with Tren since I was a little weary of it.This stuff got popular all of the suden back when I was around juicing real heavy before I went into the military people were using it Transdermaly with DMSO and most people wanted no part of it.Was hearin quite a few horror stories from friends and people I knew so I took my time listening to people and got back on the boards before experimenting with it.Its definetly had an inpact on my temperament big time wich I am not liking at all even though the stuff will make u harder faster than anything I have seen on a clean diet with minimal cardio.Dont know if I am so sensitive from the Tren itself or the lack of sleep.Sorry if I came of the wrong way or offended some of you in any way it was not my intent.

                thanx bro I apreciate all your kind words.I try to do my best to give honest advice because I know when I started messing with this stuff it was all trial and error and what the guys at the Gym told you.I wish I would have had such a great source of information back then as one of these boards.Its weird how things have evolved from then to now.I remember when 10yrs ago every1 used to call Deca "The Cadilac of Steroids" and today deca is like a bad word lol.I had a lay off due to Military duty and came back a couple yrs ago into the gym hard and saw changes I couldnt believe.Things like 200mg EQ was unheard off.The high dosages of today make everything so much easier and convenient.The game has definetly come a long way.

                  I am glad that everyone has got to know each better. I started to feel bad because I didn't want people to get into each other on my behalf. Now that we all are friends again maybe the veterans can help this newbie out. Sorry if I ask too many questions. I did my first cycle last year, my diet wasn't in check as a result I got bloat and got fat. I used to weight around 175-180. I put on about 15 pounds and lots of fat. My first cycle was TT sustanon 250mg/week for 12 weeks. I got big and strong out of that cycle. I decide to stay lean. I am more interest in get cut up and stay under 200 of muscles. I am trying to put a cycle together that is simple and affordable nothing too complicated considering it is my second cycle. I have one source but the Var is expensive but I like it because of the sides. I trying to work with another source heard that they have a better price. Thanks to all the bros that their time out to give me advice and suggestions. Please more suggestions. (EQ, Var, Winny, Clen, T3, Pct, )

                        It really is an issue of diet, a dedication to know more about nutrtion, and too commit to it.

                        I'm 45 and been training since 17. All the time people come up to me and always say in reference to weight......"Well, you don't have to worry about what you eat...etc. etc. etc. "

                        80% of the time I let it slide and don't say anything, sometimes though if it is someone I know I'll speak up...and let them know, I've been counting calories for 23 years. I've done ckd, atkins, and logged countless notebooks with how many grams of protein carbs, fats etc.

                        For the long term it's all about nutrition, which means you have to know this stuff backwards forwards and sideways.

                        For me too stay lean at my age hear is what it takes, 5-6 meals a day, average meal 300 calories, 30 g protein, 30 g carb, and 5-6 g's of fat. Now I've tried dozens of different ways through trial and error and this is what works, along with morning cardio on an empty stomach.

                        It is not easy, and some days and weekends I do cheat, yet, I know what it takes, and that is what it takes, it is not an issue of drugs, it is the same issue on or off cycle, dieat is the key, it really really is.

                        Yup, there are some folks who can eat like a horse, anything and everything and stay lean, those folks are few and far between.

                        Sounds like you have the dedication, are now seeking knowledge, like gymv, said this is one of many places to come, and now it really is an issue of consistency, that day in day out, doing the right thing.

                          Thanx Trip for that all the infos. I am seeking knowledge and I hope the people here will help me. I am getting my diet and cardio together for the longivity. I am interested in doing a couple of mild cycles a year. I am not out to be in the next Muscle Contest just some self satisfaction.

                              Bro take the mild aas and do lots of cardio and be super strict on your diet.Definetly order some ephedrine while u still can and get used to drinking black coffe in the mornings with no sugar if u can stand it before your cardio on an empty stomach EQ is a great bas for any cutting cycle imo.You will get out of it what u put in it.

                                black coffee, wow, coffee makes me jitter even if I add stuff. How about just clen or ephedrine before am cardio. Where to order the ephedrine? Gymrat, I might add winny into my EQ and clen cycle. How would I cycle the winny?
