    ok bros heres my deal, and honestly i think its a pretty big problem. Everytime i come off even a mild cycle im totally exhausted. Other people get like this also i know, but the thing is ive been off for about 5 months and i am still exhausted. Does anyone know what this could be and how i can fix it. I use clen and eca right now, also was supposed to go back on on April first with masteron, winny and eq for a cutter along with clen,t-3 and eca rotating as usual. I had my thyroid levels checked and they were good. Also my kidneys were ok also. Im just constantly tired and i have already started my cycle early just to get away from being tired. Do you think it could be the thyroid and clen and eca which is making my heart work hard ? im just confused and dont know what to do. The only time i have energy is when im on.help

    Feel your pain, it is the worse suck ass feeling for an iron worker.

    Been there also, and just getting out of it.

    Did you get test levels checked?

    Simple answer is your hormonal balance is out of whack:

    test low
    cortisol high
    estrogen either low or high


    Clen and ECA will stimulate adrenal glands, get you maxxed out, problem is it will also raise coritsol levels, such that when you stop the eca cortiosl is still rising and suppresses natural test, ie, the crash syndrome.

    Other possibilities are low carbs and overtraining. On cycle can train like a lion and mentally get use to it, with eca and clen you can keep it up, yet when coming off and test is low that cortisol eventually wins, and suppresses everything.

    Fact that you went and got stuff checked is a big plus, and very good to know thyroid and kidneys are okay.

    All in all, it's a toughie, just keep on keeping on, try a little of this a little of that, and unless your natural test is just shut down and whacked you should start to feel better.

    Also, guessing you like to stay lean as get out, this is one of the negatives to always trying to maintain that level of leaness.

      yea that helped thanks trip. yea i like to stay lean and i always keep my carbs moderate to low. Is there anything i should or could take to get my levels up faster? I used clomid/nolva/arimidex. Never used hcg but can get it. Should i maybe use hcg or what maybe a supplement that raises natural test levels? what would you all suggest.

        Getting test levels checked is important, to make sure your not supper suppressed, and if that was the case some hcg not a bad idea.

        In the meantime, if you can hack it mentally, lower training intensity, up the carbs, and for a test boost IMHO tribulus is the best, 3-5 g's a day, depending on what you like.

        And oh yeah, one other possibility, if you have been on eca and clen for long long time, let's say 7 months and out with no break sometimes you can kick yourself into a mild depression cause the adrenal rush from the eca and clen eventually suppresses serotonin in the brain, which is the happy chemical, ie, the joy bart of the brain is just out of gas cause you used it up.

        So, how long have you been on eca & clen?
