Thought it might be useful so you all can try it out. It's calculations are based on a low carb diet, but i can't attach it here because it's an Excel Document type. Maybe i can e-mail it someone so they can post it up to a server. Let me know......laterz

Just highlight whatever you want to show us with the mouse. Then click on the right mouse button and select "copy". Then start a new thread, right click on the mouse again and select "paste".

I would like to do that, but it has formulas, where you punch in #'s and it gives you a calorie count, bf%, etc....."We are born small and weak"

Is the anyway to have a mod make it a sticky or something if they can figure a way to post it to the board????????????????
