who likes fast acting or slow acting gears

Orals are by definition fast acting. As for injectable I like them long acting. Or stuff like sustanon which provides a good balance. That also explains why I'm still waiting for QV Parabolan....

Slow acting - I can get good gains from injecting only twice a week.

Fast acting - Because they are fast acting, and kick in quicker.
