how to take winstrol?

hey guys, i just got my winni tabs, and they are 15mg each... now i was just wondering i will be going on a cylce of winni tren and test, i will be taking 60mg of winni ed, i was just wondering how to take the winni... how many hours to split taking the pills up, (it will be 4 daily) should i take with food? etc... any info would be awesome... thanks

i have never taken 60mg,but if i were you i would take it every 3 few hour,it doesn't matter take with food or empty stomach.but remmeber i have taken it with grapefruit juice to make it more effective.

hmmm...60mg/day oral? is that good for ur liver? i would go lower than that bcuz ur stacking it. but maybe u could use alot. i don't know ur stats and how many times u have used gear. i usually hear 25-30mg/day with oral winny

i would slpit them 2 in the morning and the other 2 before gym, but take them with milk, trsut me on this,

double its all the same! whether you inject it, drink it, or take pills, its still 17aa and its still winstrol!

Take one in the morning, Another mid afternoon and the last one just before bed.

i know what ur sayin 71olds442 but alot of people only do 50mg bcuz thats what the winny comes in. i'm just sayin if u can do less bcuz u have smaller doses available then do less. hes also running tren and test which is good all by itself. i believe in tryin to get as much as possible from gear while taking as little as possible. thats just me
