  • My cycle... I need Help

    Ok bro's here is what my cyle looks like.
    Test Prop 200 Eod
    Fina 150 EOD

    Ok the problem is I've been gaining weight no matter what I eat and no matter How much cardio I do. So is it water from the Test Prop or what? I'm kinda of a bigger guy to begin with so I can gain weight very quickly. Any suggestions bro's? I stole this from BassKiller's website.
    Total caloric intake: for mass gains, a rule of thumb starting place is 16-18 cal/lb., for fat loss 12 cal/lb.
    Would this work for me?? My current weight is 242 I'm looking to just build some good muscle and Lose my gut lol.. Since I've already got a gut is it possible to still gain a good amount of muscle while loosing my gut in my 12 week cycle ???? HELP ME BRO's

    if you are trying to loose the gut and still gain muscle in 12 weeks i would suggest 20 mins of cardio eod, a good workout routine 4-5 days a week (not to crazy, you don't wanna overtrain). and a good diet. some thing high protein low carb. for a bigger guy go with 11-12cal/lb to keep you below 3000cal if you exceed this try to stay below 3500cal/day. spread out your meals throughout the day to every 2 hours or so, this will help to speed up your metabloism, thus helping you loose fat, even while sleeping

      Ouch! First cycle and your doing injections every other day for 12 weeks. Would not have been my first choice but best of luck to you.

        The cycle looks good....if you arent losing weight and you are dieting then maybe try to lower the calories just a tad more but you dont want to over do it and go too low, its good that you are planning on trying to cut down over a 12 week period and not all at once....drink tons of water, not alot of simple sugars if any except post workout is a good start on cleaning up your diet and not alot of processed foods. Toy with your diet a little before you start and see if you get a grasp on what your daily needs are and the drop 500-1000 calories below that everyday. Its really tough to say what your exact problem is, keep track of what you eat for a week to the T and that might give you some insight. good luck bro and yea it could just be water weight. Packing on some muscle will definately up the fat burning process.

          dont go by the scale! do a bf test weekly! you are putting on muscle no matter what... so if you look leaner, its working!
