    194lbs
    b/f about 12-13% i think.
    working out over two years

    The cycle I'm going to run is:

    Test ethan. 500mg/wk for wk 1-10
    dbol 25mg. ed for wk 1-4
    and liquidex .25mg eod
    pct at the end of cycle as usual

    I am about to run this cycle but im wondering how i should break up my dbols being as its only 5- 5mg pills a day. I thought maybe

    7 a.m-1
    noon-1
    4 p.m(before workout)-2
    9 p.m-1

    What do you guys think?
    I am also taking a multi, cranberry extract and milk thistle, should that suffice for the dbol?

      just space them evenly... 2 before the workout wont add anything extra to the workout just to let you know.

            he said he wanted small amounts. personally, ive run dbol at lower amounts like this and had good results. at his size, 40mg isnt necessary.

              You figure its in your system for like 4 or 5 hours and to get the benefits, you want it in there all day so spread them out as has been said. You can take them all at once, which is probably easier on your liver, but you get a big spike, then nothing until you take them again the next day. Frigg has a good way of dosing it, just dont take 2 every time if you are limted in your dbols, or dont think you want to go that high. if you respond to 25 a day, then that is right for you, if not bump it up over a few days until you feel them

                there are two seperate schools of thought on this... one states that it should be taken every few hours due to it's relatively short half life... the other states to take them all at one time to maximize the serum peak... To tell the truth I'm not sure which one I believe to be more effective... but the one thing I do disagree on doing is taking it before a workout... in my opinion that is a complete waste of time... more of a mental thing more than anything
