what do you guyz think of this type of diet. i know itz been around. all your mealz are either carb-protein, or fat-protein. theory behind this being insulin causez your body to retain nutrientz, including fat. so you dont eat carbz with fat to prevent excess fat gain while bulking. Another trainer and myself were talking about this today. He swearz by it, as where i say it is better for suited for people who are carb sensitive. any opinionz
