how much easier should i take it in the gym, and how much more rest should i be getting? Obviously i cant train at what i was while on a cycle. Just getting prepaired for when the time comes

just cut it back bro. i'd hit the weights at about 75% and work your way up.. kind of feel things out...
one day your body is going to drop, and you dont want to have full weight and not realize you cant do it anymore..5'10
