ok i managed to smash the top of my sust amp today cutting my finger real good. i guess i was squeezing too hard on the top. suggestions on opening these? i dont need more broken glass.

I use a pen cap and place it around the top of the amp. I also wrap some electrical tape around the bottom/mid section of the amp. Then I quickly "snap" the top of the amp with the pen cap. Works everytime just like my girls vagina.

Get a wash cloth and wrap it around the top and snap it off.

I score it by rubbing it on a brick or a file, then grab the top through a towel, and snap it off.

score it with a nail file 1st... works perfect.....

i just used plyers and squeezed it.

score it around the thin part of the neck and then grap a paper towel or wash cloth and put a ton of pressure towards the scored area with your thumb while holding the thick body or the amp upwards and they will almost always snap clean..sometimes they can be a ***** no matter what.
