Anything I can take to get rid of my soreness. I know its a good sign to be sore but I'd rather not be lol.... Anything legal would prolly be what I want. I'm running a test prop/fina cycle starting this coming monday so I want to get some supplements to help my soreness?
dude, I don't agree with anyone so far, what I do to avoid soreness and rapid muscle recovery is by taking GLUTAMINE. It is the best way to prevent sores and promote recovery. Best of luck.

I’m not a big proponent of supplements, but I think that the general consensus on glutamine is that it is virtually worthless.
If you are extremely sore then you probably need to reduce your workout volume or intensity a little and get some extra rest. As for medications, Parafon Forte works really well and doesn’t make you drowsy.
