my last two cycles were pretty much pre loaded amps type and my cycle that i just started is with 10 ml vials. im not sure how to get the last bit out of the vials. any help would be much appreciated

turn it upside down... pull the needle out almost all the way ...
just so there is a little bit of the needle inside the vial..
sometime i even take the top off for the last little but... -
you should be able to get most of it... the rubber stoppers are concaved, so you just need to put the pin in like 1mm and you should be through.Comment

thanks i wasnt sure if when i thought i was down to the last part to try and break of the cap or not and didnt want to break the vial in doing soComment
