If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

As I understand it, the prescription law was revoked in MA in 2003 with the adoption of the needle exchange program; it is not a felony or a misdemeanor to possess needles/syringes in MA.
Despite this the law has provisions to criminalize possession with reasonable circumstances. Meaning if you are busted with enough of an illegal substance to constitute intent to distribute then the needles/syringes can also be considered an adjunctive criminal possession.
needle exchanges are only done in some cities... for example, you can go to cambridge... but you CANT get them in lowell. they give you a card or something that you can use to prove thats how you got them. i know you cant get them in a pharmacy.
