    I am running Test E I shot 250mg on Monday and I Shot 500mg on Wednesday and I plan to shoot another 250mg on Friday Then 500mg every week for 9 weeks

    I am taking 100mg of Winstrol every day for weeks 1-4
    Then I am going to Fina for weeks 6-11

    I am trying to put on some size and get cut
    I am eating very little carbohydrates and lots of protein

    I am substituting a meal or two a day with a low effective carb protein bar. They say only 2 effective carbs but it has 23 total carbs. I am probably getting about 2500 to 3000 calories a day. Eating only lean meat I find it hard to get more than that in without either adding more fat or more carbs. Any opinions on these or my cycle or any suggestions on diet?

    Your cycle looks alright for your goals....what is your height,weight and body fat % if known? One thing is for sure if you are trying to cut down stay away from starchy carbs and try to go with foods that arent processed, whole grains and such are much better anyway...fat isnt always a bad thing in a diet as long as isnt over board and saturated fat is kept minimal....as always drink tons of water

      Cant disagree except that saturated fats have gotten a bad rap for nothing. Actually trans fats are terrible and are added usually to baked goods and snack foods. Its actually easier to lose weight on a high fat diet..its been proven many times over and fat is good for your hair and skin. The Atkins iet is a high fat diet and works well. This saturated fat phobia is left over from the poor science of the last century.

        I dont know bro. With all that test and fina I would say you should be bulking. I really think it is hard to put on muscle mass without any fat gains. I think you will be hindering your gains if you take this low carb and lean food approach. Do a bulker and then follow it up with a cutter. I know some of my bro's will back me up on this one.

          if you are doing low carb, you shouldnt be eating lean meat! how many grams of net carbs are you taking in a day

            I am 6' 200lbs with 15%bf. I am probably consuming about 100g of carbs a day. Mostly from milk and vegtables(squash, brocolli, things like that) as well as from my protein bars. The rest of my calories are from meat. Lots of chicken, turkey, and some beef.

              Because on a low carb diet fats provide your energy. Almost all meats now are very lean because "fatness" hads been engineered out. It is still desirable to eat bacon, eggs, sausage and some other fats to go along with fish and poultrty. It is also valuable to add flax oils and/or fish oils for their nutritive benefit.

                if you are only eating lean meat and 100g of carbs, there is NO way you are getting in 3000cals/day. the carbs=400 calories. chicken and turkey have almost no fat, and unless you are taking in 600g or more of protein, i dont see how you could be at 300 calories. you might want to do a journal for a few days and add it all up.

                  If you are cooking your stuff and your gonna add oil, make sure it isn't a "hydrogenated oil". Just a thought.
