I just got the last of the stuff I need for my cycle. I am going to start next Monday. It is going to be pretty moderate compared to some, but it is only my second cycle (I concider it my first since the last one was before I learned everything I now know from boards like this and it wasn't planned out very well)
My Stats:
Age: 25
5 yrs lifting exp, last 2 yrs very strict
Weight: 205lb (been here for about a year, was 155lb when I started lifting)
BF: 12-13%
Cycle:
Dbol 35mg ed wk 1-4
Test enth- 400mg wk 1-10
Equipose - 400mg wk 1-12
Test Prop- 50mg ed wk 11-14
Clomid wk 15 300,100,50
Aromasin 25mg e3d wk 1-17
Finastride 1mg ed
I have hcg but don't think I am going to need it. I also have nolva just in case.
I want to bulk as much as I can but don't want to hold too much excess water. I might bump the aromasin up but I'm going to see how it goes the first month or so cause I know a certain amount of estrogen is good.
My Diet:
am- Oatmeal and 1whole egg, 5 whites
snack- Prolab Nlarge2 shake w/milk and 1 tbsp P.B.
lunch-2 Chicken breasts or 2 cans tuna, light salad and brown rice
Snack- optimum nutrition shake 2.5 scoops (50g protien)
dinner- Varies but I will keep it clean, probably some sort of pasta, salad and rice
Post workout shake- Opt Nut. shake (50g protien) w/5g glutamine
Pm-Muscle milk shake right before bed
I will also be taking daily a mult-viitamin, 1000mg Vit-C, 1000mg Vit-E, 1000mg Milk thistle, 2g ALA, and 1.5-2 gallons of water
Workout routine:
Monday- chest and traps
Tuesday- legs and abs
Wednesday- light cardio (just to keep in shape C.V.)
Thursday- back
Friday- delts and abs
Saturday- bi's, tri's and forearms
Sunday- rest
I will be doing mostly compound excersises (presses and sqats) and keeping reps around 6-8 per set very heavy and intense.
I thought I would just give you my whole plan here rather than posting my cycle in anabolics, workout schedule in training etc. to keep the flames down and to let you know that I have all aspects concidered. Let me know what you think! Any changes?
