How should i run EQ?????

I will be doing 500mg of ehtanate/week, fina 75mg e/o/d/ and d-bo 30mg/day for 1st 4 weeks also will be running Eq with it i got 2 bottles of eq 20ml bottle at 250mg/ml and 10ml at 200mg/ml now how should i run the eq?????
500mg for for 9 weeks then 400mg for remaining 4.5 weeks or
400mg for 1st 4 weeks then 500mg for remaining 9 weeks
how should i do it??????

how many weeks are you planning on running it? im guessing 13-13.5 wks??? you can just run it 500mg/wk for all 13. that would leave you with 500mg left... so you could frontload 750mg wks 1+2 and go 500mg for the rest

400mg per week for 20 weeks assuming its 200mg/ml

You have a total of 7 grams. I'd just run 500mg for 14 weeks...
