Pls. Critique my supplementation for dbol + Sust cycle

As of today I have started running:
Russian Dbol: wks 1-5 30mg/day
Nile Sustanon: wks 1-10 500mg/wk
Pregnyl HCG: 500 IU for 10 days following last sust shot
Clomid: 200mg 2 days after HCG
100mg for 10 days
50 mg for 7 days
Nolvadex: 10 mg during HCG therapy and when needed at 10 mg EOD

OTC Supps as follows:
Tyler Liver Detox (1) Tab at dinner
Saw Palmetto 540 mg (1) tab at dinner
CLA 750mg (1) tab morning and dinner
ALA 600mg (1) tab at morning time
Cranberry Extract (1) tab lunch and dinner
BCAA tab at dinner
Milk Thistle 1000 mg tab at morning
Kyolic Garlic 300mg tab morning and lunch
Time Released multi-vitamin at morning
Grape Seed extract 200mg (2) tabs at lunch
Aloe Vera Concentrate solution 29.6 ml (capfull) at dinner
Flax seed oil 2 tble spoons lunch and dinner
Glutamine 20g/day

Topical DHT Blockers:
Polysorbate 80 shampoo ED
2% nizoral shampoo EOD
Spirolactone 5% cream ED

For Oily skin & Acne preventation:
Witch Hazel & Tea Tree Oil
Oil free Acne Wash
2 showers/day

Ofcourse I will be drinking a gallon of H20 w/ Whey protein shakes
throughout the day along.

Please give me your input on whether or not if I am overdoing the supplementation and if there are a few items I can get rid of....Its all so expensive. Also is there anything on the list that may inhibit gains somewhat?? I've read milk thistle can play a negative role in 17 AA absorption and protein synthesis??

That's alot of supps.

If you've got the time and money to manage them all, I say go for it.

Your PCT has me concerned however, your starting it too soon.
Wait a week before you start the HCG. Then follow the hcg with clomid as you had planned(just a week later).

Well I've read a few "sticky" posts regarding HCG therapy and when to start it....I see what your saying in terms of waiting a week before starting the HCG....

On other boards the general advice is start following the next day after your last test shot. This way the clomid or nolvadex can gbe started a week or 2 after the sust clears and the HCG is completed in the 10 day time frame....

With Sust, you want to wait 3 weeks before starting PCT with anti-estrogens. You want your HCG to end just before the anti-e's begin.

So if you wait a week, then start the HCG for 10 days, that will have you starting anti-e's at 17 days after your last shot. Not quite the reccomended 21days, but alot better than the 10days you currently have planned.

So in that case I will follow your advice and wait a week to start HCG and then clomid after 10 days of HCG is completed.
