  • Dbol before workout only

    I ran dbol for the first five weeks of my cycle. I've taken a three week break on the dobl. Now I've been taking 15mg before my workouts to get a good pump. Does anyone see a problem with this.

    Theres been so much about this issue latley--dbol eod or only prior to workouts--vs ed.-what to do--either side has good arguments---some say ed due to the fact that your muscles are growing ed and the dbol promotes that ed---some say no way,eod or just prior to workouts due to the fact that its significant attributes are really only for temporary strength outputs so your able to lift more--to me its a bit confusing,and I know--its obvious I dont have the whole picture on this--but I too would like to know the REAL DEAL ON DBOL PROTOCOL also--thanks

      I put a response in my other thread "MAKING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR AAS" that may help answer your question. I personally dont see a problem with it. The good pump you refer to is increase blood flow to the muscle. More red blood cells (which carry oxygen) are produced while on D-bol and and increased pritien synthesis occurs. This will help you achieve better muscle tissue repair and growth since your TEST is in full effect. You will get more bennifit from the D-bol now and keep more gains from it than you would from using it at the the beginning of your cycle.

        Considering the 1/2 life of dbol is only 4-5 hours, not sure why anyone would use it eod. I even started taking mine 2x/day due to the 1/2 life. I have been on 25mg/day, so I take 3 before my workout and 2 at the opposite end of the day.
