Ive e-mailed QV on the topic of "pre-printed" lot#'s and exp. dates as opposed to the "stamped on" type. Their response was that on older lots/batches this was normal as mcbvr6 mentioned above..(the thing I DONT agree with mcbvr6 about is QV having gone to shit....)
If I remember correctly the rep said they transitioned to the stamped on labeling during 2003.....

I have some older QV vials and mine have the lot and exp preprinted in that reddish ink, not stamped and mine are good. It is really hard to tell if they are fake by the pics alone. If you are strictly worried about the stapmed exp and lot, I would not worry.
