I want to run EQ and Winny how long and at what dosage of each should I do? I am dieting and want to keep muscle and get hard, I am doing the drugs not for gains but to maintain while dieting. HERE ARE MY STATS.

I am taking EQ now but I just started but I am using it in my bulker and I am gonna cont. it up to 4-6months and take some winny with it for my cutter. I take 400mgs a week of the sydgroup brand now. First time I have ever used EQ I heard it takes awhile for it to hit you (5-6week) but that is why I take it with t400 and deca

Eq 400mg/wk/12wks
Winny 50mg ED wks 8-14
Test 200mg/wk/12wks (just a maintenance dose)

This is a simple cycle combining the drugs you wanna use. Kinda hard constructing a cycle w/o knowing your past usage or lack thereof. You wouldn't notice much until wk 5-6 but it would most definitely help harden you up provided your diet is up to par.

You need to run EQ 16 weeks to get max benefits, IMO. 400 mg a week is good if you never ran it before. Throwing winstrol on top of it for the last 6 weeks will bring out some serious vascularity, if you are lean, plus help maintain your strength. I assume you are running some test with it.....
