how exactly does this prevent hairloss? It says its antidandruff shampoo nothing about preventing hair loss, yet everyone always talks about its properties in the prevention of hair loss?

It's active ingredient (ketoconazole) supposedly has some anti-DHT properties. DHT is a main culprit in causing hairloss.Comment

You can use it more often if you wish. It definitely makes sense using while cycling. I wouldn't use it more often than EOD though. It can make your hair pretty dry and brittle if you over use it. I would also recommend using a good, quality conditioner with it.
Personally, I found it to be too harsh on my scalp and opted for Head & Shoulders (dry scalp care) and Neutrogena T-Gel. It seems to be working well.Comment
