  • Injecting into left quad safe????

I was told never inject into my left quad because it has more nerves and arteries. Is there any truth to this? I did inject there once and could hardly walk for a week. But then again, I was shooting T-400!

LOL, i have never ever heard anything about it (left side having more nerves/blood vessels), BUT i was just gonna tell u that i always had probs with my left quad! it hurt way more then the right one (to the point where i had to take it out and try a new spot), and it always bled like crazy... i thought it was just my quad...
but in general, quads (the right one at least :p) are really eay and safe to do... just don't shoot in the center of ur leg (that's where the main nerve is... so just do it slightly to the side)

I agree with you totally. I laughed in the guys' face who told me that. I've taken enough Anatomy and Physiology to know that was bullshit.

It's Probably becuase your both right handed and reaching over that way makes to move the needle funny, for example if you get ur nipples pierced it hurts more from inside to outside so if your piercer is right handed your right nipple would hurt more/be more sore.
