    ok here's what my cycle looks like
    1-16 weeks- test prop 800mg
    1-12 weeks- Fina 600mg
    Ok I really want to get cut on this cycle so Let me know what's the easiest way of doing this. Oboviously diet is going to be a key, but also like what kind of training? High reps or reps from 8-10. let me know bro's what works best? Also would Liquid Clen be a good idea to add? If so at what dosages and how long to run it???
    Also should I run Nolva at all or just keep it on hand.. This is all homebrew.

        K, I dont know you but I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest you do a bit more research. High reps do not aid in getting cut, defenition is a function of bodyfat, therefore lower your bodyfat and you will be more cut. Train heavy to retain the muscle you have (heavy is relative).

        Most people could get nearly competition ready in 16 weeks bro. What bodyfat are you currently at and where do you want to be. What does you diet look like, that will be the biggest factor.

            i agree with small, don't do high reps, stick with heavy reps, to ripped , u need 2 watch what u eat, do cardio, and keep on traiing heavy to retain all the muscles taht u have good luck and as far as for clen,i would do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

                K, when u do higher reps, all it does is raise ur heart rate and keep it in a state where u will be burning more cals. than usuall... thats why when u want to drop bodyfat u do higher reps, with little rest.... Dude, u might want to do the fina like weeks 1-6 since it is very strong dude... do the test prop like weeks 1-12 and why not add in some eq and winny... good cycle right there... thats what i am doin for my cuttin cycle for summer

                  well said smalls, high intensity will aid in getting ripped but not high rep... i recommend keeping your work outs fast paced. work up a sweat and then do some high intensity cardio... clen is cool if it works for you, i hate it...
                  also, crank gives good advice about the length of the fina. i have ran fina 3 times and would not use tren acetate for more than 8 wks myself....
