  • Penis Muscles?

    I hear there are muscles within the infrastracture of the penis, I would like to know if there are any exercises that would make my penis stronger, I figure the stronger it is, the better my abilities in satisfying a woman would be!

    I would like to also know how many reps i should do and how often. thanks in advance

      there are some excercises.... but they do not strengthen the penis itself... they strengthen the pc muscles... muscles responsible for the movement of the penis (like when u make it wiggle) also for ejaculation, urination etc.....
      basically u excercise by squeezing ur pc muscles; when u pee, make urself stop before ur done, and then continue.. do that every few sec. till ur done..... also when ur sitting down squeeze ur anal sphincter and then release.... etc...

      u can't make the penis stronger - it's the blood that fills the cells, that makes the penis get hard (strong)... if u have problems with that, it means u have impotence probs... happens to all of us when on a cycle (depends on the kind of the gear too)
      viagra and cialis can help u with that.....

                    I dont know if you can make it stronger, but you can actually make it longer and thicker. I went from a 6.5 to 7.5 in about 2 months the girth prety much stayed the same though. The excersizes are a pain after a while.
