hiya folks, i've done 3 or 4 cycles,my last one being 500mg/week of testoviron depot for 6 weeks, 30-40mg dbol a week for 6 weeks and deca at 400mg/week for 8 weeks. i came off with hcg and clomid and clen but was very dissappointed with my (lack of) gains, maybe 7lb tops. to me this was my heaviest cycle yet.
i am 6'0" tall, 188lbs and about 12% bf. i train 3 days weights only, 2 days c.v. only and 1 day of weights and c.v.(6 sessions a week total) i eat a high protein diet and eat reasonably clean.
i would like to do a cycle over the next 10 weeks and although i know i wont make big gains either way, i would like to add some lean mass but also lean up considerably. as my diet is reasonably clean i intend to increase my protein throughout the cycle and cut my calories for the last 4-6 weeks of my cycle to help with the leaning up.

i was thinking of doing the following:
weeks 1-8; tren at 228mg/week
weeks 1-10; test at 750mg/week.
i am unsure which test to take, i was thinking sust or test depot or prop. i spoke to a more experienced friend who said that 500mg sust is plenty, also i do suffer with gyno, i always take nolvadex and proviron but still get problems. it never completely goes away but fortunately it does shrink to almost nothing afterwards. so firstly, which test to you recommend and how much?
my second question is, my tren is from g.l laboratories apparently and comes in a 10ml bottle. my source says just use 1 ml every 5 days. does this sound right.
