  • gains so far....any good?

    I'm on 500/w sust and im only up 15lbs in 4 weeks.....is that respectable? I just thought it would be more. Would enan or cyp give more gains in a shorter time frame? Will I keep seeing the scale go up, and my body blow up if I keep upping the cals?

      considering you're on only 500mg wk of sust and it's only been four wks, those gains are great bro. Sounds like a first cycle.If I did that I would have close to no gains. What you keep off that cycle depends on how well you run you're PCT. Like you said yourself keep upping the cals.

            yea man thoes are great gains for what you are using. Oh dont expect to be Superman after a few cycles. It still takes quite some time to get there even if your using...

              ditto above, not only great gains, in reality you woudln't want anymore any quicker, body couldn't adapt to increased weight, ie, meaning, you're more likely to keep these than lose them.

                thanks guys. The sweet thing about them is I am hardly bloated at all so I'm hoping most of it is muscle instead of 1/2 water,1/2 muscle. I'll just keep eating like a mofo and hopefully gain some more quality stuff! (Since a few days ago, (I'm in week 4 now), my appetite is through the roof)!

                    been training hard and seriously with my diet in check for a year and 4 months now

                            Nice gains. I just started week 2 and I'm up 8 lbs so far (that's the d-bol) but 15 after 4 weeks is good.
