I take mine in the morning first thing. I have read that anti-e's should be taken at the same time everyday, so that's what I do....all at once. ANd if you have a lump you better take about 80mg til the lump goes down imo.Comment

I split it up when I do it. 40mg in morning and 40mg in evening.Comment

yeah, i am no expert, but i thought i hav eread many times that a higer dose was needed when you already haev a lump, like a couple hundred mg for the first day or soR.I.P. GearedUp

Nolva's half life is long enough that once a day is frequent enough
10mg if your running an AI
20mg if your running alone
