  • got my blood checked too...

everything is fine except my bilirubin and uric acid... they both are through the roof... possible indication of liver and kidneys problems... no clue...

i got the test done at a hospital where i used to work at.. they don't keep the records of their staff, so they just gave me a printout of my results... i'll try 'selfmedicate' myself for a while, lol... and then do the test again.. and if it's still fuked up, i'll see a doc...

Increased levels of uric acid can be caused for excessive drinking and eating high amounts of red meat. This can cause one to get gout.

            uric acid plasma: 474 (normal: 180-440 mmol/L)
            bilirubin total plasma: 19 (normal: 1-17 mmol/L)
            cholesterol plasma: 5.1 (normal: 3-4.5 mmol/L)
            LDL: 3.6 (normal: 1.7-3.0 mmol/L)

everything else is slightly up but still normal... my thyroid is fine too...

anyone know anything good for lowering the cholesterol?

Your levels are not that bad bro, like the man said red meat!

Remember these values are for normal every day lazy people that don't eat high protein, work out and take sups.
