we are here today (MONDAY) untill EVERYTHING IS shipped. We will have ALL packages at the post office sent PRIORITY first thing in the morning if not tonight at the 24/7 airport post office. No more delays.....our service is back to normal ...back to the standard that made us who we are today and this is why we have such a huge customer base....and we plan to keep it. I have hired 3 new people (FULL TIME, and they will not steal as they are not in the position to - I have installed two cameras and I have the onlyu set of keys to the shop. ) and they are now fully traned. I will be in this office from 8am untill 6pm everyday (except weekends...Saturday 11am till 2pm) making sure EVERY order is processed and dealing with all supply and customer service issues MYSELF. My family issues have leveled out and it is now go time with the business...order away.
I have teamed up with getting asssistance with two of Chris's friends (GearedUp -- RIP BROTHER, WE MISS THE HELL OUT OF YOU) in making sure our chemical supply is constant along with another company that has been golden so far. Chris's friend's are a complete reflection of him and they need the work. Their integrity is sky high.
If you are waiting for an order from researchkits.com and your card was charged....it is on the way. PERIOD.

That's good to hear Chem. You definately sounded like you needed more help, but you should have stopped taking orders temporarily imo. Either way, it's nice to hear a reply for the guys waiting on orders.Comment
