Nolvadex while cutting?

I'm 5 weeks into a 14week prop/eq cutting cycle. I have some nolva lying around have heard some people say that it helps them lose fat in estrogenic related fat deposits like chest ,hips and abs. Just wondering if i should throw some in their and at what dose? I'm not taking any anti-e's. Not getting much water at all from the prop/eq.( a little)

Nolva really helps women lose fat from those stubborn areas. If you want to add it, go ahead. It can't hurt, and it'll keep any possible bloat away. 10-20mg/d should work well.

i use nolva at 20 mg ed while i cut i feel it makes a big diffrence

it doesn't hinder gains like liquidex does though does it?

When i take liquidex after a week it makes my muscles kill,exspecially during pressing exercises. It feels like their gonna tear or something. Thats at only .25 eod.
