Should I do it right before, or right after my am workout. everything I have read talks about doing slin in the afternoon, after working out. I hit the gym in the morning. I was planning on working my way up to 10ius. Starting at 5ius.

I ussually hit the gym at like 6:30am, and I'm done by 8:00am. I ussually get my shake by 8:15ish. Should I hit the slin about the same time? I only want to go once ed at this point.

taking it before is a carefully planned endevour that is ten times more dangerous,when you take it during the day is of no importance imho,the articles youve read are written by people who train at 4pm,as do the majority.
i train first thing in the a.m, when you drink your shake is also dependant on the type of slin you are using,i drink mine 5 min before shot and have 10g/1 iu carbs,followed by balanced meals every hour or so till slin is inactive(no fat)
research,research and research some more,i have gone hypo,not fun,if you train in the a.m remember those meals that keep you from dying are takin at work soo make sure there is no way you can miss those meals,EVER!!!!!!!
I have read basskillers articles like 10 times. I was planning on humalog, day 1-5- 5uis,6,7,8,9,10. working my way up. Getting about 100grams of carbs after, and tons of protein. No fat for 4 hours. Then eating more carbs 1-2 hours later. i have glocose tabs on hand, and pop, candy bars etc. I have read a ton abou this, I had just never seen anyone talk about doing it after a moring workout

eating carbs 1-2 hours later,dont wait,at the hour mark have your balanced meal,that shake is only going to carry you for around an hour,and your slin is now peaking so needs the nutrtion to do its business,after 2 hours imho youve wasted alot of potential and run the increased risk of being caught by hypo.
thats just my opinion as i know of people just eating normally every 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Well, I said 1-2 because I'm using humalog, not humalin R. humalog is suppose to peak at about an hour.
stick with humalog! and like was said before, take those carbs ASAP! you dont want to wait until it has peaked to get the carbs. you dont want to go hypo, then counter act it! id take the shot and chug a carbo force or something
