Hi there, Im 23 years old, medium build, havent really done much weightlifting, but just joined gym, starting on a regime to get tonk by the summer, looking for a good recipe for what i should start on and any advice on when i should start using for example, should I be doing the weights for a while first or not? thanks guys

should u be doing weights for a while first? um, i would say u should do them at least for few years before u even think of getting some gear... then once u have worked out for few years, the next step would be to get as much info on the roids as u can from the net/books/boards etc.....
but for now i would say all u need to do is get some creatine/whey proteine... go to the gym 4-5 days a week... lift lots of weight, and do some cardio... and for a novice weight lifter like u, u should see pretty good gains by this summer...
