Aspirin/ibu while on cycle

I have been taking 2 aspirin or ibuprophenbefore my workouts to help take off that edge during my workouts (lol kinda using it like a wimps nubain) but I got to wondering if this was unadvisable because of the aspirin thinning my blood coupled with the increased rbc production and high blood pressure.

The less drugs you have to use, the better IMO...

That being said, I do use an ECA formula before my workouts and haven't run into any problems.

DONT TAKE IT EVERY DAY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRINKING LOTS OF WATER. AND DONT EVER TOUCH NUBAIN GO SEE A DOC FOR A ANTI INFLAMATORY

advil on an empty stomach can cause internal bleeding and ulcers, acetominiphin or tylenol are alright tho

There's a huge difference between taking Advil as described and downing a bottle of Advil a day like Prince was doing.

i wouldnt take it if you are doing orals. and i use it sparingly anyway.
